About the Role:
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Community Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help people living in care homes or at home with their daily activities and ensure their well-being. You will work closely with clients and their families to provide high-quality care and support. This role is perfect for someone with good communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Main Responsibilities:

Assist with Daily Activities:

Help clients with personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.

Create and Follow Care Plans:

Work with clients and their families to develop and follow care plans based on their needs.

Monitor Client Progress:

Keep accurate records of how the clients are doing and report any changes in their health or behavior.

Support Clients’ Independence:

Create a supportive and respectful environment that helps clients maintain their independence and dignity.

Transport Clients:

Drive clients to appointments or social activities and ensure they are safe during transport.

Use IT Systems:

Use computers to keep track of care schedules and document care activities.

Ongoing Training:

Participate in training sessions to develop your skills and improve the care you provide.

Who We Are Looking For:
-
Experience: Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is a plus, but it’s not required.

Communication: You need to be able to speak and understand English to communicate with clients and your team.

Interpersonal Skills: You should be friendly and able to build strong relationships with clients.

Care Plans: Experience with creating care plans is helpful but not required.

Driving License: A valid driving license is preferred if you will be driving clients to appointments.

Work Schedule:
